1. Cancellation Policy

• Client-Initiated Cancellations:
  • If you wish to cancel a project after the commencement of work, you must notify us in writing via email.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of project commencement will be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the work completed up to that point.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 7 days from project commencement.
• Growmeda-Initiated Cancellations:
  • We reserve the right to cancel a project at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, lack of client communication, or failure to provide necessary resources. In such cases, we will offer a full refund for any payments made.

2. Refund Policy

• Refund Eligibility:
  • Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the specified time frame mentioned in our cancellation policy.
  • Refund amounts are determined based on the work completed. We will deduct costs related to work already performed, including hours spent, resources used, and any third-party services engaged.
• Non-Refundable Services:
  • Certain services, such as consultancy fees, rush fees, and work involving third-party software or subscriptions, are non-refundable.
• Refund Process:
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

3. Modification of Terms

• Growmeda reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing and will take effect immediately upon publication.
